"I learned that I definitely want to look more into engineering when I get to high school."
"I didn’t want to come to this camp but my mom talked me into it.
I am glad I did because if it wasn’t for this camp I probably would have ended up in trouble or arrested. I hope there is something like this for me at high school." "This will always help me get through science and let me make friends…While the rest of the world is sitting around me and my friends are learning so much."
"I realized that people had different ideas and personalities than others which made everything OK."
"This was a great experience and I hope to do something like this in high school."
"I noticed how a lot of the other kids had a lot in common with me."
"The teachers were wonderful."
"The summer camp was very exciting all week!!!"
"I hope that this camp would be saved and will continue. I LOVE IT HERE!!!!!"

Parents and Grandparents have great things to say too!
"These programs are an enhancement to our state’s schools and offer an interactive learning experience that will never be replicated in a classroom."
"She was so interested and so talkative about it. She took a great interest in the information."
"The kids are cognizant of energy efficiency, information and products. They are motivated to make a difference."
Grandparent: "I was fortunate to be able to attend several of the field trips as a chaperone and was in awe of the volume of information available during each trip. The children were very interested and seemed to absorb everything like sponges asking thoughtful questions along the way. I did not realize the impact of these programs until we got home and Emily was so excited to tell her parents about the "stuff" she learned that day. When a child can be excited learning about colonial history on their summer vacation no less, then this has impact. It is refreshing to see how enthusiastic the students were to create their museum exhibit on the last day of the program. I have to say, I also learned a great deal about this subject since I reside in Savannah, GA and have not had the opportunity to be exposed to this level. It encouraged me to revisit the places we visited during the field trips and to learn more about CT."
"My daughter would not stop talking about it."
"Eva has been very lucky to participate in this and the aquaculture program"
"Was a great experience for her and we hope it will continue."

Teachers and Other Professionals love CT Science 4 Kids!
"The students show a sense of joy and anticipation saying they have learned more science in 8-10 weeks than a full year in school." - J. Craig, Executive Director of Talcott Mountain Science Center
"It is wonderful to hear kids say they loved doing the experiment; and that they've made so many new friends!" - Wolcott teacher
"I personally enjoy meeting with HS/Middle school groups and exposing them to a college setting. I think it's a very eye opening experience for them to see what options they have and to get a clearer understanding of what it will take to pursue various careers in health/medicine."
